According to the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment) and other relevant regulations, our company has entrusted Shantou Pinwei Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment work for the "Expansion and Reconstruction Project of the Printing Production Line of Guangdong Hongda Printing Co., Ltd." Current Project Overview: Guangdong Hongda Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Entity") is located in Hongli Industrial Zone, Lianxia Town, Chenghai District, Shantou City, producing heat transfer films and heat transfer machinery. The organic waste gas generated by the existing project is treated through waste gas treatment facilities before being discharged to meet standards; domestic sewage from employees is pretreated by a three-stage septic tank and then discharged into the municipal sewage network for centralized treatment at the Lianxia Sewage Treatment Plant in Chenghai District, Shantou City; noise is controlled by measures such as sound insulation and vibration reduction; various hazardous wastes are handed over to qualified units for disposal, general industrial solid wastes are recycled, and domestic garbage is collected and disposed of by sanitation departments. All types of pollutants from the existing project are effectively treated and disposed of.

The construction entity intends to invest in the implementation of the Expansion and Reconstruction Project of the Printing Production Line of Guangdong Hongda Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "this project"). The main environmental pollution factors during the operation period of the expansion and reconstruction project include: organic waste gas from printing and coating processes; domestic sewage; noise generated during the operation of production equipment; general industrial solid waste, hazardous waste, and domestic garbage from employees. Environmental protection measures will be adopted during the construction of the expansion and reconstruction project to mitigate environmental pollution.
